Gianfranco is of counsel of the Firm since 2015. He deals with criminal law, with particular reference to corporate and bankruptcy fraud, tax crimes, environmental crimes, crimes relating to information public administration and professional negligence.

He is member of the Council of the Bar of Naples from 2012 and is coordinator of the Commission for new legislation since 2008. He is member of the Board of Directors of the Neapolitan Advocacy Foundation for Higher Education Forensics – Forensic School of Naples in July 2016 and currently in charge.

He was speaker at numerous conferences on topics Legal and Social Sciences and lecturer in training courses and forensic update. He spoke about: Safety at Work, the eco-mafia, The biological testament, criminal and civil liability of the school staff, the Privacy Policy, the criminal liability of corporates, Delegate Sales to Professionals, anti-money laundering, forensic ethics, many aspects of criminal law and procedure.

He graduated at University of Naples “Federico II” in 1986.

He is member in the Register of Naples Bar Association since 1991 and authorized to practice before the Supreme Court since 2004.
